What should I check when one order contains several different products?
Review each line of the order rather than only the overall total. Identify the exact product concerned rather than referring only to the combined order.
What should I confirm before asking a seller to hold an order?
Ask for acknowledgment before relying on the proposed pause. Ask what happens if you do not respond by the agreed date.
What should I do if a product listing disappears after I order?
Ask for a copy of essential product information if needed. Request clarification if the account status also becomes unclear.
